British adventurer Karl Bushby returned to his hometown of Hull, England, after a 28-year walk around the world. He was reunited with his tearful mother there. Bushby set off in 1998 on a 31,000-mile journey meant to bring him home entirely on foot. The former paratrooper was surrounded by media on his arrival.
