One search found that Censor.NET reported Zelensky's announcement. It quoted him saying that the National Guard's 2nd Khartiia Corps, in Operation Veles on the Kupiansk axis, had killed more than 100 Russian troops, captured more than 30, and advanced more than 15 km underground. This matches the claim's wording and attribution. A follow-up search hit a tool limit, so I found no independent confirmation. That means no Russian response, no independent reporting or imagery, and no Reuters, AFP, Bellingcat or EUvsDisinfo fact-check. The figures are Zelensky's own and remain unverified.
