Russia's FSB announced the detention of an employee of the organization responsible for guarding the British embassy in Moscow, charging him with treason under Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code. The FSB alleged the man collected data for Ukraine's SBU intelligence service. According to the FSB, Ukraine intended to use the gathered information to stage a false-flag terrorist attack targeting British diplomatic personnel in Moscow and blame it on Russia, an allegation that could not be independently verified.
