A British court sentenced Norwegian teenager Johannes Natland, 19, to 20 years' detention on October 16 for planning a murder in the UK after being recruited online by the Foxtrot Network, a Swedish organized crime group that prosecutors say is used by the Iranian state to carry out violence abroad. Natland was arrested in a Huddersfield hotel room in March 2025 with firearms and ammunition.
